Registration

To enter the Victorian Model Solar Vehicle Challenge is a two step process. 

The first step must be completed by 1st September 2012 and involves registering your school.

To do this please complete the form below.

The cost per school to register is $50 and this includes entry for one car/boat.

The second step must be completed by 17th September 2012 and is team entry - The first team entry is covered by your school registration fee, subsequent teams will be an additional $25

To register teams please send an email to naja@modelsolar-vic.net and include for each team:

• School Name
• Vehicle Type (Car/ Kit Car/ Junior Boat/ Advanced Boat)
• Car/Boat Name
• Number of students in the team (we do not require names of the students)

Only one invoice will be issued this year at the completion of step two.

Please note that payment is required in full before the competition. For schools that only issue payments once a month please notify us of the number of teams you wish to enter early so that an invoice can be issued for you with enough time.

For either method of payment an invoice will be emailed to you.

Additional Notes:

Entries received after the 17th September 2012 will attract a $15 late fee per team.

Payment of entry fees is required for all teams entered on or after the 17th September and no refunds are possible after this date.
